The Site does not take payments. All work is quoted and invoiced directly by our team.

Software and services

Refund and cancellation terms for software setup, custom development, AI agent engagements and partner plans are set out in the written quote or agreement for that engagement, and agreed before any payment.

Milestones

Where work is delivered in milestones, payments for approved milestones are generally non-refundable; unstarted milestones can be cancelled as set out in your agreement.
